Magazine have ranked Naples, Florida #9 in the "2012
AmericanStyle Top 25 Arts Destinations." Other Florida
cities making it to the top include Sarasota, Bradenton, St.
Petersburg and Key West. A few contributing factors to
Florida's great reviews include museums, festivals and
events, along with an inviting arts culture and consistently
beautiful weather.
Hot homes: Two Naples mansions sell
for more than $40 million each

Naples has seen two
record home sales in less than two months. Two beach front
mansions on Gordon Drive in the Port Royal area, a haven for
the ultra-rich, recently sold for more than $40 million
each, breaking the 2007 record.
One estate closed for just under $47.3 million in an
all-cash deal, making it the most expensive home ever sold
in Naples. The other, at $42 million, ranked second.
